US time zone facts for November

Daylight saving time ended on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific are on EST, CST, MST and PST for both dates.
Arizona does not observe daylight saving time and stays on MST all year, so in November it matches Mountain time.
Alaska (AKST) is one hour and Hawaii (HST) two hours behind Pacific on these dates; use the table rather than adding hours in your head.
A pre-load that opens at local midnight reaches the Eastern coast first and the Pacific coast three hours later.
The US PlayStation Store listing shows Thu, Nov 19, 12:00 AM EST, which is Wed, Nov 18, 9:00 PM PST on the Pacific coast. That is store data, not a Rockstar announcement.
