Rockstar's release date is Thursday, November 19, and it has not announced the unlock hour. The store column is the PlayStation Store listing time, so western zones served by one storefront show the evening of November 18.

Toronto clock facts
- Ontario set clocks back on November 1, 2026. Toronto is on EST (UTC-5) on November 12 and November 19. New York is on the same offset, so the two cities share a November clock — that is not the whole Canadian picture.
- Manitoba stayed on UTC-5 after November 1 (Manitoba government; IANA tz-announce 2026e). Winnipeg now matches Toronto, not Saskatchewan.
- British Columbia did not fall back and is on UTC-7, so Toronto is 2 hours ahead of Vancouver. A Toronto midnight is not a Vancouver midnight.
- The Canada store listing instant is Thu, Nov 19, 12:00 AM EST in Toronto — local midnight on November 19 — and Wed, Nov 18, 10:00 PM UTC-7 in Vancouver.
- A midnight pre-load in Toronto is Thu 12 Nov, 05:00 UTC.
